About Masahide Azuma
Masahide Azuma is acting as the International Business Coordinator to support international business matching and business development of the companies in the field of MedTech. During his time working at FBRI (2018-2022) which is the organization to support the members at KBIC (Kobe Biomedical Innovation Cluster), he built up and ran various programs to support KBIC members’ activities outside Japan. He also contributed to the non-Japanese companies who wished to develop their business in Japan, conducting business feasibility studies and acting as a mentor. His experience and knowledge have been enriched through his assignment at Sysmex Corporation (2000-2017) a in-vitro diagnostics manufacturer, especially in some European countries and China, over many years in the field of international business of sales channel development, local incorporation and operation of affiliate companies, alliances management and so on.
